Procedure: Breast reduction

This middle-aged lady complained of large and heavy breasts. She also experienced some rash under her breasts intermittently which required treatment with antifungal spray. She has noticed her symptoms were getting worse in the past 5-10years. Upon presentation, the patient stated that she was a 38DDD. She desires a C cup for her breast size. Her breasts started to enlarge at age 15. Due to heavy breasts she gets shoulder grooving, pain, aching, and neck and back pain. She had 2 children but never breast fed. Breast reduction was offered to the patient removing close to 700 grams from each breast. The patient reported immediate relief of her symptoms. The pictures show her 6 month result.
