Procedure: Breast revision
This 58-year old lady underwent left mastectomy for cancer at an outside institution. Her left breast was reconstructed with a tissue expander that was found to be underfilled. The right breast clearly appeared too large for her frame and future reconstructed breast. She underwent replacement of the left tissue expander for a 700 ml smooth round moderate profile implant and left nipple-areola creation. The right breast was also reduced and lifted at the same time removing over 2 pounds of breast tissue. The photographs depict stable result at 9 moths follow up.
