Procedure: Face Lift

The patient is a 44 year-old lady who was displeased with the appearance of her face. She complained about heavy eyelids and brows that made her look tired. Additionally, the patient was unhappy about the appearance of her neck and presence of platysma bands. On physical examination, she was noted to have early jowling along her jawline, platysma banding, low brow position and excessive upper eyelid skin. She opted for upper blepharoplasty, brow lift, and neck and lower face lift. The pictures show her 3 month follow up.
