Procedure: Liposculpting

This middle aged patient complained about her deflated lips. She noted that her lips have become less and less full over the years. It has also become more difficult for her to apply lipstick reliably. She desired modest natural enhancement of her lips and feared having “duck lips.” Her own fat was injected into her upper (2 ml) and lower (4 ml) lip with minimal recovery required. During the surgery, a small puncture incision was made at her belly button to suction the nano-fraction of fat which was then centrifuged and gradually injected into her lips. The photograph demonstrates the patient’s natural lip enhancement at 6 months.
