Procedure: Breast Revision

This 64-year old patient who underwent an unsuccessful reconstruction of the right breast with an implant after a lumpectomy procedure. She presented with breast asymmetry and distortion of the right breast. She was offered a staged surgical approach using gradual fat grafting to the right breast using her own fatty tissues. Now, her right breast is natural and consists only of her own tissue as no prosthetic needed to be used. The left breast was also lifted for symmetry. All her surgeries were performed as outpatient. The patient is very pleased with her outcome.
