Procedure: High SMAS facelift with full face fat grafting

This young lady was displeased with deflated appearance of her face, particularly the area under the eyes. She also disliked the jowls and down-turned corners of her mouth. After a high SMAS facelift, the deep tissues of her face were repositioned upwards, where they used to be in her youth, and the neck line has become sharper and more athletic. Full face fat grafting with fat retrieved from her belly not improved the contour of her abdomen but, more importantly, restored plush appearance of her cheeks.
