Procedure: Forehead Lift

This 73 year-old lady was unhappy with the appearance of the area around her eyes. The patient suffered from constant tearing due to a condition called entropion. In entropion, the lash line of the lower lid is turned inwards so the lashes continuously irritate the eye and create the feeling of foreign body and tearing. Additionally, she noted that her brows were in low position. She underwent correction of entropion comprising of lower blepharoplasty with lateral canthoplasty, upper blepharoplasty and endoscopic brow lift. She was very pleased with the aesthetic and functional results of her surgery: correction of entropion, wider visual fields, and younger look.
