Procedure: Liposculpting

This delightful young lady was displeased with the appearance of her neck and chin. She saw similarly “full neck” and small chin in her family members and was wondering whether anything could be done to correct her lower face deficiency and prevent the unfavorable facial contour progression observed in her family members. Liposculpting was offered to our patient including liposuction of her neck and fat transfer to the chin, lips, and lower face. The fat graft was to be harvested in the areas of the abdomen and flanks that she did not like. The photographs show her postoperative result. She is very pleased with her new appearance and would undergo the surgery again.
