Procedure: Breast Reconstruction Tissue Expander/Implant
The patient is a 55 year-old lady diagnosed with left breast cancer. The patient decided to undergo bilateral mastectomies with tissue expander reconstruction. As her left nipple could not be saved, she opted to have bilateral nipple removal and undergo nipple reconstruction as the last stage of breast restoration. The photographs illustrate the patient’s progress from pre-operative view, through the intermediate stage, and final result achieved in only two surgeries.
