Procedure: Breast reduction

Natalie is a 33-year old lady who came to the office to discuss breast reduction. Her bra size was a JJ cup. She complained about back pain and back spasms, shoulder grooving, and neck pain. Her breasts began to enlarge during puberty at the age of 13-14. Her desired bra size was a C cup. Natalie had two children ages 6 and 3. She breast fed her 3 year old for approximately 1 year. Short scar breast reduction was offered removing close to 2 pounds from the right breast and approximately 1.5 pounds from the left. The patient felt immediate relief of her symptoms.
