Procedure: Breast Revision

This is a 69-year old woman with a prior history of open heart surgery who was diagnosed with right breast cancer. She initially underwent right mastectomy and reconstruction with tissue transfer from the abdomen at an outside institution. She presented to Dr. Timek with complaints of breast asymmetry and right breast deformity. The patient was offered right breast reconstruction using liposculpting techniques. The right nipple was recreated to the patient’s satisfaction. The left breast was lifted and augmented with patient’s own tissues. The photograph depicts her outcome after 6 months.
