Procedure: Fat Grafting
The photographs show a 16 year-old high school student who was born with the right Poland syndrome. In the presented patient, this congenital anomaly consisted of non-developed right pectoralis major muscle and deficiency of the right breast size and contour. The patient was quite concerned about her asymmetry, particularly while playing sports. To correct the described deformities, she was offered fat grafting. After two sessions of fat transfer from her abdomen and thighs, her breast and chest wall contours improved significantly. She is very pleased with her results.
