This young lady received a traditional cosmetic breast augmentation with 350 ml silicone implants placed under the muscle 13 years prior to the presentation to our office. After having children, her breasts became hard requiring release of the breast capsule in the past. Recently, she experienced dissatisfaction with the appearance and feel of her breasts, which looked disproportionate to her frame. She also desired to maintain the volume of her breasts with a technique that would not require need more breast surgeries in the future. She underwent bilateral breast lift and removal of bilateral implants with replacement using her own tissue derived from her thighs. She is very pleased with the results.
