Procedure: After Lumpectomy
The presented patient is a 56 year-old woman who was diagnosed with cancer of right breast and opted to have a lumpectomy and radiation therapy. Post-operatively, she developed contour deformity of her right breast with a wound, which could not heal for over one year. Subsequently, she was offered excision of the wound with two sessions of fat grafting resulting in complete closure of the wound and normalization of breast contour. No implant was used to correct the deformity of the right breast.
