Procedure: Nose Reshaping

This 59 yea-old lady sustained three nasal fractures in the past and developed difficulty breathing. She was also displeased with the concavity of her nasal contour. An open rhinoplasty and septoplasty was performed using multiple cartilage and fascia grafts to help restore open airway and more aesthetically pleasing nasal shape. She is very happy with her results at one year.
